Custom Design
Just because it’s a Modular Home it doesn’t mean you are stuck with boring design out of our set range of plans. Our Design Consultants consider several factors when helping clients custom design a new modular home including solar access & orientation, energy efficiency, water conservation, easy clean finishes and insulation.
Quality Control
Don’t let your new home be built out in the wind and the rain. In the factory your Modular Home is built to the strictest quality standards with regular inspections. You’re welcome to come check out the progress at any time you like. Although you will have to be quick! It only takes us 25 days to build your modular home!

Can Uniplan look after the council application process?
Sure we can. We have an experienced team that can manage this for you once the initial investment of $1800 has been paid. We lodge and manage the council application from start to finish. We will liaise, lodge and progress your application as quick as we can including doing all the required drawings and forms. Council fees and charges are not included in our fee. These vary from council to council.
Do you offer finance?
We don’t offer finance but we can provide a list of lenders and mortgage brokers who understand our construction methods. Just ask our sales staff for details.
What is the process in buying from you?
We have a simple 6 step process

- Initial Investment of $1800
- The Contract Stage
- Colour Selection Time
- The Construction Stage
- Moving into your Home/Granny Flat
How long will it take to build?
Actual building time can be as little as 11 days for a single module, but they do need to get scheduled in our system. Our factory runs like a production line. Each module only takes 11 days from starting to weld the steel chassis through to getting finished off with window coverings, cupboards and all. We can produce a fully completed module every single day! Pretty quick! You’re welcome to inspect our factory and see just how it all comes together.
What is the lead time from order to delivery?
Lead time depends on our current work schedule and also how long it takes for your home to be approved through Council.
Once we have the approval through Council your home is scheduled in as a job and it is around 8 to 16 weeks for delivery.
What is included in your pricing?
Pretty much everything. All you need is to connect the services and move in with your furniture!
We have varying levels of specifications for you to choose from but they all include a complete internal fit out of floor and wall coverings, painting, kitchen and bathroom, window coverings, delivery and installation within 300km of Armidale. We really do make it easy for you. You’re also welcome to discuss special requirements that you would like us to include. We always customise to your exact needs.
