Highly Recommended

Uniplan is a company that I would highly recommend to anyone to use to build their home. My personal experience with Uniplan was excellent in a number of ways, and I also found them to be very good value for money.

I approached Uniplan early February 2016 with my council-approved plans. I met them a few days later in February, and then I actually moved into my home by mid-April 2016. This timeframe in itself was unbelievable!

Every part of the process with Uniplan was so well managed by them, which made it all so pleasant for me! Nothing was a problem for them, and every detail of the build and delivery were checked with me. I knew at all times what was happening. I also found that every particular was thought of, and made allowance for.

I absolutely love my home! Thank you to everyone at Uniplan.

Even though Nelson and Mark and all the staff members are extremely busy all of the time, I was never made to feel like I was a hassle or that I was getting in the way. All my queries were answered properly and promptly. This was something that I particularly valued.

Nelson and Mark were both very polite and extremely easy to deal with. Nelson was such a friendly and helpful person to deal with in the first instance to translate my plans. I was then passed to Mark, who did a wonderful job of managing the project for me from then on. I found Mark to be very efficient, down-to-earth and realistic about the whole process – just what you want in a project manager!  All of the advice I was given was so helpful and practical.  Mark ensured that the whole thing happened on the schedule that they originally promised to me, which, as we all know, rarely happens in house building!

The style of house that I have had built differs from Uniplan’s usual housing orders (although they do already have very similar plans and can basically build whatever you’d like). Nevertheless, Uniplan still completely understood the look that I wanted for my home. I felt that this showed a flexibility in design and properly listening to and understanding their clients’ requirements.

I would also like to make special mention of the Uniplan contractor, Jimmy. This bloke was excellent. Jimmy completely managed the installation of the foundations and the building of my two decks. He was also heavily involved in the delivery of my house. Again nothing was a problem, and he was always pleasant and easy-going. His standard of work was second to none, and he displayed a dedication to his work that is so rarely seen these days.

I absolutely love my home! Thank you to everyone at Uniplan.
