Planning worker accommodation can feel like a big undertaking on top of running a farm. This is where Uniplan can help. From planning and council approvals to site logistics, our team will guide you through the requirements and map out the next steps for your project. We’ll help you understand what’s possible and where to go from there.
How long does it take?
Every project is different, but once your accommodation reaches the build stage, it takes just 21 days to complete in our Armidale factory. Building in our factory means our resources and trades are close at hand, and weather won't hold up the build. Modular is generally faster than people expect, helping you get your workers housed sooner.
